Shipyard Art takes pride in our mission to create a cleaner, safer world in which we live and how we produce materials. To ensure the sustainability of production, we do not mass produce. Each order is custom made and can take 3-9 business days to create, excluding shipping time.
Most of our orders are shipped within 5 business days and more than half are shipped within 4 business days or less.
Some products might be shipped separately because they are packaged differently. Rest assured they are all going through the same process to produce our outstanding apparel.
Returns & Exchanges
Requests for exchanges must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
Please email [email protected] to have your request reviewed & approved before you return any product. Include your order number, email address, and reason for return or exchange, along with any photos if necessary.
Returns or exchanges not made via this email cannot be processed. Please Note: Items received as part of an exchange may not be returned for further exchanges. We do not issue refunds due to “buyer’s remorse.”
Reasons For Returns/Exchanges:
Please let us know which size you need, and we will send you the correct size. We will exchange any unworn item for the same item in a different size.
WRONG ITEM RECEIVED
If by any chance, you receive the wrong item, please send a photo of the incorrect item to [email protected] and we will look into it and replace it with the correct item.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEM
Quality is our top priority. If you receive a damaged or defective product you do not need to return it. Simply send an email to [email protected] with your order number, email address, and a photo of the damaged or defective item . If the damage or defect is clear, we will send you a new item 100% free of charge.
While much care is taken when hand making your product, there may be a slight variation to the pattern placement depending on the size you have ordered. Returns are not accepted for minor variations in the placement of the patterns or alignment of the pattern at the seams.
Only regular priced items may be returned. Sale items cannot be returned unless defective.
Gift cards, whether electronic or physical, are not eligible for refund.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on your location, the time it will take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
